My insurance won't cover two expensive purchases within a certain amount of time. I want a CGM but need a pump. Do any pumps have CGM's in them or am I just wishing too hard?

Just ask your doctor for a script for Afrezza the Inhaled insulin and you won't even need the pump. Go to www.afrezza.com. Or go onto my Facebook page AfrezzaTogether to watch stories from people around the country using it. I myself have been on it for 28 months and loving it.

I feel your pain, in Australia there's a major waiting list and I need to fork out 4 figures every few months. The pump just won't work for me but after spending a week in hospital with one of the worst seizures I've ever had, not to mention the consistent short term memory loss. I need to have the cgm seperate! But finding that I'm being turned away!

Tandem animas and Medtronic all have a cgm in them. The only one that u can dose off of is the new one from animas in a g5 configuration. If you want a closed loop system the only one on the market is Medtronic. If you wait about 6 months the tandem x2 will have cgm and then a little later be up grades to a close loop system and next year it will be up grades to Dexcom snail. Aka g6
