Is anyone on an insulin pump and using novolog insulin? I'm currently using apidra insulin in my pump but now my insurance decided not to cover it anymore so now I need to switch FAST. My insurance covers novolog so I was wondering if this insulin is any good? Has anyone had any problems with it?

Thanks all for your comments :). I have been using novolog for 2 weeks (I think) and I have been doing great with it. Wish I would have switched a long time ago

My son has been using novolog, then humolog for the past 7 years. They are both good insulin!

I used Humalog for years then I had to change for the same reason. I didn't change ANY settings and it worked out fine for me. YDMV. I had checked with DOC friends beforehand. Good luck.

It is great!!! My 8 year old t1D uses it on her pump, and we do just fine.

I'm in TX and they prefer for me to be on novolog! it is more heat resistant than other insulins. it works well to keep me under control. I've had no problems with it!
