Do you have a correction number or factor???? My target # is 125, anything over I divide by 25

Get on Afrezza and you will never have to worry again. Go on www.afrezza.com or follow Afrezzauser on Twitter. I am T2 and use Afrezza the new inhaled insulin. Mimics your pancreas. Take 10-15 min to peak and out of your body in 1-2 hrs.

Hillard, what works for a T2 doesn't mean it will do the same for T1's. I haven't heard of any T1's using the inhaled insulin yet.

Maayan, if your 192 before bed and you still need to take your night time insulin, then make sure you have a snack 25-30 carbs and not something that's mostly sugar, make sure it's carbs that will last through the night like toast or some type of complex carbs and you shouldn't have a problem.

I would go see and talk to your Endocrinologist they can help you figure out what you need and how much to take. Good luck!
