@Rakhi you've mentioned oatmeal in the past. The other day I made a package of Quaker Oats Lower Sugar oatmeal, which I haven't eaten since I was a child, and it was so delicious. i believe 24 carbs (w/ water) 4 grams of sugar and I felt totally nourished and full.
