Chief Revenue Officer


Drive new and existing revenue and manage integrated partnership deals at HelpAround. You will lead all revenue efforts to generate new leads, close pipeline deals, manage, upsell and grow existing client relationships into enterprise-level accounts. You will manage channel relationships and drive pipeline activity for integrated channel partnerships.


  • Drive direct to pharma sales efforts
  • Pursue, execute and expand channel revenue partnerships
  • Upsell HelpAround offerings to existing accounts to generate organic growth
  • Gather market feedback and communicate it back to the Product Team
  • Create and grow relationships with key stakeholders within channel partners
  • Assist channel partner sales team and Customer Success Teams to close pharma deals


  • Proven experience driving revenue and accelerating the sales cycle
  • Deep understanding of Pharma, Hub and SP market trends, goals, strategies
  • Ability to expedite and shorten the sales cycle
  • Strong presentation skills and can clearly articulate ideas to others
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • General understanding of technology (APIs, CRMs, SFTP, widgets, etc.)
  • Experience wearing multiple ‘hats’ simultaneously


  • Good contracting knowledge
  • Experience creating competitive pricing scenarios while maximizing revenue
  • Ability to see and create additional revenue opportunities
  • Sales Training experience
  • Track record of organically growing account revenue
  • General experience with forecasting & budgeting
  • Flexible and able to change directions quickly
