Oops. I️ accidentally deleted my earlier post. Sim, thanks for your advice. So here it is again. My daughter uses the Omnipod but has a lot of trouble so I’m looking for advice. First, her skin is very sensitive to the pod itself. She experiences itchiness and a rash which gets worse after removing the pod. The only location she has been able to tolerate has been her arms. Also, she has had several pod failures after just a day or less, seemingly without explanation.Tried most of the usual barriers to prevent itching such as Tegaderm. Wondering if anyone has found something unconventional that works for them. Also, has anyone else had multiple pod failures?
