Definitely go to the doctor ASAP. You have to keep your blood sugars under 140 always or else the baby makes insulin for you and causes several medical problems for the baby. My endocrinologist told me

Sorry lol. My endo said that blood sugars need to be between 60-90 always.

I'm on a pump also. Sorry****I use MMOL so not sure what that translates to? I should be between 4 and 8 and in my 12 years I've averaged about 10-12 as my normal sugars..

Oh! Well maybe I can find something that translates :) I will have to get back to you on that. I just went to the endo yesterday because I found out that I might be pregnant too.

Thanks**** Oh congratulations! So far I've only done home tests 3 of them. I'm at pathology right now to get the blood test.

What about a cgm or check your sugar more often? Talk to a dietician?
