Has anyone ever waited to eat with a low bloodsugar to see how low they'll go? Lol just curious

Lowest I've been is an mmol of 3.5 and that was bad - any lower and I would have needed help to recover.

I can only guide you on what British DVLA say about diabetics and insulin - regular checks - every two hours during long journeys and never let your BG fall to a level where it incapacitates you.
