A lot of T1s complain of lack of sleep due to night time lows, pump alarms or noises, CGM alarms and testing at night. Any of these sound familiar?

if you don't mind me asking, what are your normal readings throughout the day?

hmmm, what works for me is I drink a cup oh hot sleepy time tea before I go to sleep and I allow myself a bit more time to sleep longer. the tea doesn't put you to sleep but it just helps you get a better and more uninterrupted sleep. maybe try that for a few nights and see if it helps.

if I don't have that around I just try and do something that wears me out more before I go to sleep and then I wake up not as tired for the day

Go to the doctor for a thorough check up. I had excessive tiredness start on me just over a year ago and 2 weeks later I had a heart attack with no other symptoms. If you've been a diabetic for a long time, complications can affect your heart.
