Smoking is NEVER a good idea with diabetes. Those of us with diabetes are already at a higher risk for strokes, heart attacks, etc so why add another risk factor like smoking?

I am a smoker unfort, have been all my adult life, as far as ik at the moment no visible signs off anything unforseen, but i def. Know it is just an extra hazard, oh dear, it is crazy ik. But i am using the E.ciggies just now, and it certainly has cut me down from 40 per day to under ten. Still not good enough tho!!!!
