Great question! We are lol right now. My wife and teen Agee have learned to ignore them. And just make sure the BG issue is addressed. Then we usually have a good laugh about it.

What mood swings do you have?

Unfortunately i get very angry. Maybe once or twice per month. I'm better at also recognizing it myself these days. So I can apologize quickly.

How does your wife deal with your anger? It can be very upsetting.

First, it is not my character AT ALL to act that way. Which makes it obvious what is going on. They sometimes know I'm low before I do. I'm lucky to have that support. But we all just let it go.

But on a serious note since using a CGM my levels don't have the highs and lows that would normally be associated with mood swings. Not available on nhs but best £100 a month I have ever spent

**** same here. The CGM has helped me also.

I've noticed it too... I can sometimes be extremely silly funny or when im alone, i can feel sad. Its something ive studied in myself to pinpoint for a while, wonder if its truly just an amplification
