I recommend a CGM to help you see patterns... we have one for my son and it is awesome!

For me, I noticed when I took an antidepressant it helped decrease the blood sugar spikes. I've talked to other diabetics and they noticed it too. Stress affects out sugars far more than we think!

A CGM is a continuous glucose monitor. it's a device that you stick on you and it has a sensor under the skin that tells you what your blood sugar is. We have the Dexcom g4. It is awesome. Hopefully your insurance would cover it.
