I am type 2 diabetic and my hair is coming out and my scalp itch really bad basically I am going bald.does anyone else have this problem?

if you are taking meds for type then they have side-effects but then if you dont take take your sugar will get worse.

how..? well if you really want to do start tomorrow skipping breakfast. after two weeks start also fasting 6:1 then two weeks later 5:2 and then one day fasting and one day not + skipping breakfast.

this is going to make you reach a lean goal. add weight lifting and just do it at home at first. push ups and more push up and squats using you own weight. grab water bottle and lift them for bisecps and triceps. just do anything as home ex. and google it to see pics.

boom! in 2-3 months you will be off some of your meds and soon all. and then you will is there are the meds and at the same time you be model without meds and super energetic and disbetic free. and go the sun as much as you can we humans and animals are made to have sun. cheers and a big hug
