where people touched by diabetes help each other.

Does anyone use the tslim pump and what are your pros/cons to it? I'm going on the pump for the first time and having a hard time deciding between a tslim and the Medtronic enlite.

I've used one for several years. Only downside is the constant confirmation screens. I like being able to type in numbers, the teensy basal rate increments, and the tiny bolus amounts -- 0.05 units!

Also like being able to recharge instead of using expensive batteries.

Id be weary of a rechargeable pump. What if there's a power outage and your pump dies? Or you lose the cord to plug it in? Maybe I'm just biased toward my Enlite

I love my Tslim pump. Been using it for almost a year along with the Dexcom.

I am a pre-diabetic but my son who is 26 is Type 1. he never wanted to go the pump. we have been following the progress of Afrezza. The first inhaled insulin for type 1&2&preD. I just started on it 2 days ago. check it out before going on the pump.
