Hi there, how many times have you had to use your epipen? If you have needed it how often?
I've not used it yet...... Only had it one year, and have been unsure of when and how to use it! What about yourself?
I have used it 8 times in the last 12 months. (I'm 15)
Wow you must have bad allergies? I'm 43 and a chronic asthmatic with server allergies 😣 how do you find the epi pen..... Is it easy to use?
The epipen is really easy to use, it saves my life often. Today I'm already showing pretty bad signs of needing it but only time will tell! Xx
I hope your feeling okay now****

Hi everyone, do you have any recommendation? I'm looking for.anyone who has convinced their work to change their benifet plan to cover cgm. any advice or even presentations used would be appreciated.
So i just got a cgm and love it but i was wondering if there is anything i can do to reduce post meal spikes. Ive tried giving insulin 15-60 min before a meal, but still does not help. Any suggestions
How does everyone keep track of their supplies / prescriptions / doctors phone numbers etc?
