What's wrong with it? I have two and I never would have connected the two in any way? O_o

I just got one 2 days ago & i love it . I have 3 of them . The one on my neck took a little longer to heal than a regular tattoo but it still came out great . My tattoo artist said it's fine to get a tattoo as a diabetic , just prepare for a little longer healing process . :)

I'm asking due to the fact that my family always freaked about it. "What if it gets infected" and what not..

Living with type 1 diabetes since 1999.

I asked that same question & he told me as long as you take care of it well during the healing process , it'll heal just like someone who doesn't have have diabetes , just a little more time . :)

I'm pretty covered (have over 20 now) and all of mine have been fine, even though my control is rubbish. As long as you look after them properly n go to a clean place they'll be fine they just tend to

Take longer to heal. Make sure you check your sugars throughout
