where people touched by diabetes help each other.
In need of supplies
Living with type 1 diabetes since 1988.
Looking for symlin pens I could trade sillouettes sets if needed. I can't afford my script until I get back to work when school starts. If anyone can help that would be great I use the 120 pens.

Hi everyone! I need help with choosing a pump :( I have tons of pamphlets that do a great job selling the product but I want to hear personal opinions. How expensive is the upkeep for them?
What can family members do that is most helpful when dealing with diabetes?
Anyone have suggestions for where to place a Dexcom cgm sensor? I would normally use my abdomen, but because of pump sites, it's pretty beat up there. Has anyone tried the back of the arm? The idea freaks me out but I may try it.
It seems to me that there are support communities and organizations for kids with T1 diabetes, college kids with T1 D, and their parents. Do adults with T1 D not need support?
Where can I get no cost or low cost diabetic supplies or insulin I have no health insurance and have a low income
I've been wearing my Dexcom for about three months now just wondering if any other adults have had luck placing in a spot other than the abdomen?
hello I am a single mother of three on food stamps, who just found out I have diabetes I have no money to get the glucose meter and the test strips or the things you poke yo if somebody able to help m?
Checked BS 3 times, all over 600. Won't register on meter. Have almost all the signs of DKA but mom won't take me to hospital because they aren't experienced with DKA and we would just waste our money. We can't go to another hospital because we dot have insurance there. Please help! I feel horrible!
Any of you have used the dexcom or freestyle flash? which problems did you find? thank you
Looking for a "pay it forward" place. Switching pumps soon and will have a year's worth of unused supplies. Don't want to throw them away...
