Do you have a layer of fat there? if you are very lean, it may be harder to absorb the insulin.

it sounds like you may not be injecting deep enough. a longer needle should help

I am very thin and slim. I think no fat layer on my stomach. Now I am using 4mm needle and I inject at 45°.So, now I should inject at 90°?

4mm is very small. try 90 degrees first then try a 6mm
