where people touched by diabetes help each other.

Does anyone have scar tissue forming in insulin pump sites? Where else do you inject sites that aren't horribly annying?

Where all do you put your pump? My favorite spot is the back of the arms and my legs. Not a big fan of the abdomen area as I save that for my CGM when I use it.

I've only had it on my abdomen. I feel like I might need to start expanding because there is more scaring and not healing as fast. I'm hesitant because I don't want it to be painful, or get caught on stuff

It's the same amount of scary as the first time you put it in your abdomen. It's not bad I promise. I swear by the arms! You get use to it being there and are just aware of your surroundings

I'll pluck up the courage to try it, my Endo encouraged it also. What is the CGM like, does it work well for you? I might bring it up in my next appointment.

I love it! I'm not the best about checking my sugars all the time and it reminds me to do so. It's great because you can really see how different foods affect the blood sugar. It is different and takes getting use to but well worth it!
