Has your eyesight changed? If so, your kidneys might be struggling. I suffer from proteinuria which causes my ankles and feet swell

look at the sodium content of what you are eating. I used to drink a ton of poweraid and that was my top culprit. when you get home elevate your feet ( if you can get them above the level of your heart go for it... it takes 2-3 pillows on my recliner) for at least thirty minutes. I also bought a massager and this helps relieve the pain in my legs. i try to massage my legs and feet twice a day and try to do the entire leg.the doctor also prescribed compression socks for a little bit.

some of the medicines could have this side effect so make sure to talk with your doctor. I had to change my b.c. due to the water retention. make sure you are not sitting on your knees or legs because this will damage the veins in your legs which could severely slow the blood flow in your legs.
