look at the sodium content of what you are eating. I used to drink a ton of poweraid and that was my top culprit. when you get home elevate your feet ( if you can get them above the level of your heart go for it... it takes 2-3 pillows on my recliner) for at least thirty minutes. I also bought a massager and this helps relieve the pain in my legs. i try to massage my legs and feet twice a day and try to do the entire leg.the doctor also prescribed compression socks for a little bit.
