Living with type 2 diabetes since 1998.I'm a mom supporting a child with type 1 diabetes since 1992.

Drinking water and some type of exercise will help burn some of it, but only more insulin will affect it immediately.

If you're on Insulin just take a dose of it till it levels off.

Extra water, exercise, and insulin plan. I don't know the levels, but if really high or not reacting, may need medical support.

When my sugars high I immediately start drinking water: helps dilute sugar slowly, effectively and naturally and it should test within your range within about an hour or so:NOTE:TRY 1 eight oz glass at a time first to avoid shock from occurring possibly...I just pretend it's unsweetened tea and enjoy the taste of the water by sipping it, also very relaxing!

Good tip i will do that!
