Got my quarterly blood work back today . A1c is 9.1 . Have been super stressed and was sick once . Any tips for lowering . I am on lantus and humalog.

A CGM will helpful to see what your trends are and also giving insulin a lot sooner and waiting to eat will help

Having my rapid before I started eating made a huge difference. You might need to increase your Lantus or some people have success splitting their doses

I am a strong believer of pre bolusing, it does wonders! Bolus 10-15 mins before a meal.
