I'm pure fed up. Everyday is a battle. Between hypos high sugars can't eat certain things having to eat when im not Hungry. I just want a break. Feeling so defeated today. Is anyone got any advice

Sorry to hear your struggling. Sounds like you need to find your rhythm. Make sure your long term insulin is at the correct amount and that you are doing the right amount of fast acting...continued.

Before you eat. For me it kind of a rhythm and timing thing. I do eat what I want but I do the insulin to cover it. Not to much, not to little. Carb count and react to that.

Not sure how long you have had type 1 but a good diabetic educator (trained) can really help. I've had it for 38 great years and I'm still learning. Hang in there!

Thank u**** I'm usually quite good at working it out but the warm weather knocks me out. I have had it for 13 years so not too long. Just having a down day I guess

Completely understand, I've t1 for 8years and I have a lot of down days I take it out on boyfriend most of the time, wish it would go away.

I've had my pump for 4 weeks now and love it. My levels are mostly under 10mmol now
