How important is having a pump with a CGM ( continous glucose monitor) to others type 1's when looking to get a new insulin pump?

I use both a T:Slim pump and DexCom cgm. They're not integrated yet, but will be at some point. I'm actually more reliant on my cgm than my pump, but these sorts of preferences ultimately come down to very personal decisions and priorities, I think.

I did my first pump (Medtronic) and never used the pump.. I have the dexcom and tslim now.. I rely on my dexcom more then my pump but I love just having that extra info.. I would have used the cgm with my Medtronic if I had really understood what it did

I didn't start off with one when I started on the pump. I have the Dexcom now ( I'm on Medtronic pump) and cannot think of going without one. I'm thinking of switching pumps and my biggest concern is the cgm.

I have been on the pump with CGM for about 2 years now. I think the CGM is like a smartphone, after having one you don't know how you got by without one.
