Nurse said dad gotta change his diet but he is not listening. How do i get him to change it with out him knowing?

Think What kind of food he likes to eat.Say he just likes sausage&chips,go for low fat versions, grill/bake-don't fry.. That kinda thing.I can send you some recipes which are so tasty he wouldnt care!

There are healthy ways of cooking foods he likes. Soaking potatoes in water helps get start he's lower & lowers carbohydrates. Making sauces from scratch (not from packets, can or boxed) better

If it's more of a sweet tooth he has, try old style sweet shops. Most do a wide range of sugar free sweets. Amazon offer an amazing selection!!
