If it feels like your always walking on hot nails, yep got that. I take Gabapentin and Cymbalta to alleviate 70% of the pain, never pain free.

I take 600mg of the Gabapentin 3times a day and still have pain, I have never tried Cymbalta

My neurologist found out through research that using Cymbalta with Gabapentin reduces the pain about 20% more in some cases. I'm on ####mg if Gabapentin and 60mg of Cymbalta and still have pain too.

Yes! Especially when I'm laying down trying to sleep. So uncomfortable!!

Have a neurologist appt tomorrow to find out what caused my foot drop, apparently its not the diabetes :/ but very poor circulation so need a mri now :( just wanna throw in the towel!! Im done
