where people touched by diabetes help each other.

Morning diabetes helpers! You might have noticed the "Around Me" menu option, our general purpose safety net (non diabetes). Do you find it useful? How would you feel if that option was not available anymore? Thanks for helping us improve your experience! - Your HelpAround team

You can stay in the diabetes network and you will always be brought back to it when you launch the app. "Around me" will show you help requests that are not diabetes related. Makes sense?

Hi! How do I get back to conversations I started? I made posts but don't know how to get back to them

Well, I guess this was a network if someone needed supplies and not just a blog of support and questions.

So, I am a tad confused!

I'm not interested in the general around me posts because I have yet to see anyone asking questions in my area. Most of the requests I saw were things like ppl looking for a good nail salon in NYC. I'm in Pittsburgh. If there were other Pittsburghers asking questions I might be interested

Agree!!! And I have zero interest in type 2!

****- under "my helps" you can see threads that you've been involved in - either initiated or responded to.
