What's the actual size of a "cup"?
Living with type 1 diabetes since 2014.
I am getting lows more and more frequent recently. I am sure that the ratio of insulin unit to carbohydrate is correct. What I confusing now is what's the actual size of a cup??

I started Juicing in Feb. 2013 and in Sept. was told I was no longer diabetic. So I asked the Dr. Was he sure and he said Yes. So I was confused and shocked, so I asked him do I need to continue testing and his response was No you don't need to test at all. Months later & I'm confused. Not sure.
