where people touched by diabetes help each other.

I keep getting low blood sugar when I'm sleeping. Really frustrated about it. Any suggestions?

Not sure if you're on a pump or something else but I've had this issue and often just had to adjust my overnight basal rate on my pump!

Do u take your slow acting insulin at bedtime or morning? My doctor had me taking Lantus at bedtime. I would wake up to low but rest of the day I would be to high. I switched taking it upon waking in the morning and having much better control.

Yes. Had that issue. Try little bit of cereal with milk as snack before bed. Carbs and protein. Has worked well for me for years

Have your blood sugar be a little higher before you go to sleep. Mine drops about 30 points overnight.
