Anyone have a new Medtronic insulin pump 723 they'd be interested in selling? Insurance won't pay until next year and we really need one before then.
DESPERATE for pump supplies! either silhouette or quick set infusion sets. no insurance and I've been trying to sell anything of value on Craigslist to come up with the money for them, but no luck!
Checked BS 3 times, both read over 600. Mom won't take me to hospital because they aren't experience with DKA. I have almost all the signs of DKA expect large ketones and vomiting. Only small ketones and a stomach ache. What do I do? I would feel safer at a hospital but mom won't take me!Please Help!
Need breakfast ideas that don't spike blood sugars
Since Dr. Oz covered diabetes today this is again under my skin. Type 1 & Type 2 are not the same! Are there any other type 1 diabetics annoyed with how diabetes is classified or am I being to particular?
I'm actually a mom to a 5 year old that's been recently diagnosed with t1&he's been saying pretty heartbreaking stuff like I wish I could die or I hate my life I've tried everything any1 have ideas
Today my daughter got her first A1C check since being diagnosed in December... It was 14.5 on the 19th of dec, and today it was 8!!!! I'm very happy about this!
Looking for a "pay it forward" place. Switching pumps soon and will have a year's worth of unused supplies. Don't want to throw them away...
Has anyone else noticed that your blood sugar goes up while you are sleeping. I will often go to sleep with my blood sugar in the 80s and wake up in the high 100s to low 200s
