where people touched by diabetes help each other.

I am looking for info in Spanish for T1D for my mom who came from Colombia to help me with my 4 year-old son. She needs training about insulin, carbs, caregiver ... Any suggestions?

See if your son's endo has a Spanish speaking CDE. Mine does so I wouldn't be surprised if they have such a resource

I am sure that if your mom goes to Children Hospital in LA she can receive all the training and understand carbs , insulin, etc. Make appointment in Endocrinology dept. - I remember when my daughter was diagnosed they had "training" in Spanish! Buena Suerte!

Call the children's hospital- Endocrinology- they have people who can train her, explain and help in Spanish.
