You could look at the carbs you eat. lower GI foods absorb slower and higher protein will keep you fuller longer

Actually I'm a Type 1 Diabetes patient. Recently I am undergoing honeymoon period. Now my blood sugar is no more stable and always be high. So I started to inject insulin again but I didn't have basal insulin. How can I improve my fasting blood sugar?

Due to my family economy problem, I received the treatment at Government Hospital when I was diagnosed having T1DM last year November. After leave the hospital, I follow what doctor advice and the diet plan recommended by the dietation. Soon I undergo the honeymoon period. So, I didn't go to get the insulin punctually. Now I try to get the insulin from the government clinic but the pharmacy didn't allowed. I don't know why and I need to get the insulin from Government Hospital which is located at the city. I really not free go to government hospital....
