Hi all, Iam from Melbourne, and Iam type 2 and I am having trouble sleeping of a night can someone please help me out

Diabetes can cause sleep problems I am also a t2 and I take ambien to help me sleep

Check your before bed because if it's to high or to low that can also be the cause of you're restless nights

Try melatonin and sleepy time tea it works for me.

Hi I have trouble sleeping too still I'm on ambien and trazadone plus I drink sleepytime tea it all kicks after awhile i also pray good luck

I do no tv phone or games 1 hour before bed. I try to take a quiet dark bath with lavender 3-4x a week. If you can do that maybe try a warm lavender scented blanket out the dryer?

I also have sleep problem, my doc toll me yesterday try melatonin and I bought of 3 mg, but also they put my flu shots yesterday, I can't sleep last night, I sleep today and I feel much better ...!!!

My sister toll me that the tea of the red apple peel with honey or Splenda help for sleep, and I try one time and it works, I will try tonight...!!!
