My husband was first diagnosed with T2D around ####. Has since in the past year developed T1D. He is having problems with night sweats whether bs is normal high or low--any thoughts?

I have had T1 diabetes for 40 yrs and same things happen when BS gets Low at night. The only "snack" that seems to consistently get me through the night is a little bit of cereal and milk. Combo of carbs and protein

Thanks for you help. For some reason cereal really makes his sugar get high. But he does do some carbs and protein. Seems to be helping. He is underweight and this has really just been hard to deal with!
