I have been been getting really low blood sugar (around the 50s) ever since I came back to college a week and a half ago. I'm usually in class when it starts to happen or really far away from my dorm. Also I eat a healthy well balanced breakfast and lunch. The only thing is that I have to walk a lot since it is a really big campus. It is really scaring me. Does anyone have any opinions on what can help me?
21y/o type 1 for 11 years if you have questions ask me, cause i've been through it ALL! a lot of people answering are giving the wrong info or grouping type 1 and type 2 together.
just curious what other people keep in their cars for possible reactions. I tried glucose tabs but they go bad in summer heat. Now I use fruit wraps.
DESPERATE for pump supplies! either silhouette or quick set infusion sets. no insurance and I've been trying to sell anything of value on Craigslist to come up with the money for them, but no luck!
Does anybody know why it's so difficult to lose weight being a type 1 diabetic? Something to do with insulin? And how can you make it easier to lose weight?
Has anyone else noticed that your blood sugar goes up while you are sleeping. I will often go to sleep with my blood sugar in the 80s and wake up in the high 100s to low 200s
in desperate need of lantus pens or vials. I can trade hundreds of syringes. only have two days left no way to get samples or discounts
