Diet pop, water, water with flavored water enhancers, coffee, if you mean alcohol, you have to watch and learn how it effects you personally. Alcohol can make your glucose numbers high and also low, very tricky to deal with!

But if you drink hard liquor, the brand of carbonated drinks called "ICE" is low in everything that is bad for you (or zero) and zero sugar. Not that diet Dr Pepper isn't a great mixer ;)

Hard liquors lower your levels if drinking them straight or on the rocks. So make sure you don't go low.
