Right now it's Pickles, cured/smoked/aged meat, lettuce/Greens dressed with vinegar and oil (maybe even stacked with the previously mentioned meats and cheese if you're feeling frisky. This may not be a "snack" but who cares when it's damn near carb free?) Any kind of delicious meat jerky. Oven roasted cauliflower(little balls of delicious carblessness), sugarfree koolaid homemade popsicles. This is my current go to list built with my personal "eat more, bol-less" approach.
