Maybe reduce it could be taking too much but if it carries on I would go to your doctor
It's called the dawn phenomenon. Your body naturally raises your bgl in the morning to prepare you to wake up and get moving.

Are you controlling your own settings on your pump or your doctor?
Maybe a higher carb snack?
Make sure your snacks are a good source of protein as well, helps keep your bgl from pitfalls. Also think if you are getting too much basal in your early morning. Maybe talk to your doc about adjusting
