#gbdoc Had lots high BG's for days w/out obvious reason. Now looking at low-carb diet. Anyone found this help with BG spikes & control?

Of course, having reasonable amount of carbs can be helpful with control. Are you extra stressed out lately? Have you been using the same injection site too much? Maybe it is time for a basal increase.

You could also talk to your doc about doing a bolus 30 minutes or so before you eat a meal with carbs. It helps me avoid big spikes after eating.

Are you rotating your sites? If not, you might be having absorption issues (spoke with my CDE yesterday about my levels bouncing like this)
