Ideal foods are low gi foods look up in google 'low gi' thesenarenfoods that arenslow release sugar so won't have a fast effect and boost on blood sugar. Important to eat a balanced diet, drink plenty if water and try to exercise frequently.

Fruits and veggies are the best! Fruits are a great way to have a sweet snack, without indulging. And veggies, as they don't taste so good, you can always add seasoning to them. I recommend making a smoothie with fruits and veggies, it's a great and tasty way to get them in. My moms been adding vegetables like tons of spinach in my smoothies since I was 9 and I love them!!! If you're craving a dessert, but don't want to go off a diet or something, I recommend some dark chocolate. It's good and you still feel like you're having a treat. Foods to stay away from are high carb and starchy foods. For example, rather than having white bread, but 100% whole wheat bread, etc.

Great job on losing that much weight!!! I know it takes a lot of work and that's a great accomplishment! Blood sugar wise, there are so many different factors than can effect them. If you don't have a schedule of eating and checking your blood sugars, I know that helps a LOT! For me, just being on a schedule significantly helped lower my blood sugars. It's also helpful so that you can look for patterns in your blood sugars. Some more good food choices to have that may be better for you blood sugar are proteins and healthy fats. Like eggs, meat, and cheese are good snacks. Also, nuts are great low carb snack that helps stabilize your blood sugar. I hope this helps, if you have any more questions feel free to ask!!!
