I recommend making a smoothie with fruits and veggies, it's a great and tasty way to get them in. My moms been adding vegetables like tons of spinach in my smoothies since I was 9 and I love them!!! If you're craving a dessert, but don't want to go off a diet or something, I recommend some dark chocolate. It's good and you still feel like you're having a treat. Foods to stay away from are high carb and starchy foods. For example, rather than having white bread, but 100% whole wheat bread, etc.
