your sugars go high because you not using the energy that your intaking via eating/dring thruout the day, dont forget everything has a sorce of carb which the common carb is sugar which is energy, if you (for example) wake up have breakfast have insulin then chill do nothing till lunch then have say a cuppa tea with x1 sweetner and say a turkey sandwich with wholemill bread then chill doing nothing till dinnertime arround 5-6pm then have dinner say a nice stake dinner with mash and vedge then ofcause thats a massive carb intake for 1day of eating then ofcause if u dont take insulin then your insulin wont break it up. if you have a dayly routien and u take insulin and find it difficult to lower your sugar then u could be taking the wrong dose for your diet so ill advise speaking tou ur gp to increese ur insulin dose and see how u go with that.

I feel the same as you. Seen my doctor yesterday. I've explained how I felt that seemed to help just talking to someone I'm ready for warm weather. Keep your head up and hang in there
