Can any explain what alcohol sugar is and what does if u eat to much of anything with it in it
Alcohol sugar is a form of Glucose. It may raise your sugar slowly but will still increase it. Best advice avoid sweet, sugary things.

Xylitol and sorbitol are forms of alcohol sugar. They will raise blood sugar, though not as quickly as with regular sugar.

What insulin do the type 1s out there use? I've always used novolog (used to use levemir and novolog before pumping), but curious what others use and why? What's the fastest acting insulin out there?
