Yes, it's easy épée are using dextrose ATM and have used different sugar types. My daughter who wants to avoid sugar buys whatever she wants and I cook with it. I always use ground almonds, much better than flour.

Erythritol is pretty good too, and my friend told me yesterday you can use xylitol for icing
