Diagnosed type 1 in February #### so new too all this , havering problems off numbness and pins and needles sensations in my feet and legs , I have trouble walking and being on my feet all day .

I would talk to your endocrinologist doctor about that. Try and keep your sugar levels balanced overall. Have you heard of A1c?

Thnks my sugar levels aren't stable yet as im not carb counting , they go from 4.0 too 13.00 I'm takeing lantus insulin 10mg first thing each day and humalog 3.0 mg before meals ,

Your levels aren't stable because you are more than likely still in the honeymoon period (where your pancreas sporadically still produces insulin). Carb counting is the best thing ever :)
