Was diagnosed type 2 Dec. '13. A1c was 17. Because of other health conditions making it almost impossible to exercise, endo and I decided meds and diet. March A1c 6.4. Now feeling burnt out. Help!

I don't have your last name. And I've recently added quite a few people from a fibromyalgia group, so I may have added you but don't know it. Lol The repetitive having of salads is getting to me.

oh yeah. although I'm not going tyne salads route (and on insulin since near to the beginning), I've been sticking to a fairly constant diet to simplify my ability to judge doses and see what's working and not working. I was diagnosed two years ago, don't feel any closer to stable, despite excellent A1c results, and VERY burned out on the food and exercise-because-ı-have-to routine.
