I am****a t1 diabetic and I can't get my blood sugars to go down normal for the last few months. I'm getting worried. Any advice?

What are you doing for treatment? I use a pump and continuous glucose sensor, and carb counting. I find a quick walk or 15 mins on an exercise bike helps for a quick bg drop at times.
