Can anyone recommend a good iPhone app that I can use to count Carbohydrates and manage my intake? #Diabetes http://t.co/qhheU2u4PK
I started Juicing in Feb. 2013 and in Sept. was told I was no longer diabetic. So I asked the Dr. Was he sure and he said Yes. So I was confused and shocked, so I asked him do I need to continue testing and his response was No you don't need to test at all. Months later & I'm confused. Not sure.
Anyone with Type 1 diabetes able to speak with me for a story for @abcnews ? email@example.com
Hey, does anyone have study tips for the unfortunate diabetic? I'm a 1st year med student. I'm always high because I cannot concentrate after lows and I don't want to lose time on that...
Today my daughter got her first A1C check since being diagnosed in December... It was 14.5 on the 19th of dec, and today it was 8!!!! I'm very happy about this!
I have been been getting really low blood sugar (around the 50s) ever since I came back to college a week and a half ago. I'm usually in class when it starts to happen or really far away from my dorm. Also I eat a healthy well balanced breakfast and lunch. The only thing is that I have to walk a lot since it is a really big campus. It is really scaring me. Does anyone have any opinions on what can help me?
So, does anyone have a favorite app or website that they use for their diabetes? I'm always looking for useful tools to help me manage, and any suggestions would be welcome!
Ok, I admit it. I'm a diabetic noob. Am I also in denial that I have yet to resign myself to sticking myself regularly for testing? Hell, I hate it when others stick me! Must I now do it myself??!!
Checked BS 3 times, all over 600. Won't register on meter. Have almost all the signs of DKA but mom won't take me to hospital because they aren't experienced with DKA and we would just waste our money. We can't go to another hospital because we dot have insurance there. Please help! I feel horrible!
