Wheat is my biggest issue. My endo recommended Dreamfields brand whole grain pasta. Didn't mess with my sugars. I've only been diagnosed for 4 months now. I'm staying very strict with myself. White ric

White rice shot it up the other day for me. So I'm sticking to small amounts of brown.

Hi :) are you on insulin? t1? Look for foods that are lower GI. They will digest slower than heavily processed foods. You could look at spelt or quinoa instead of rice

Yeah on insulin and type 1, I've been trying gluten free and other stuff like that just to see a change in my levels :)

Good luck! Don't get disheartened if it takes you a while because you will still be in the honeymoon stage (still making small amounts of insulin) :)

I'm gonna give it in till next year with the gluten and other stuff and if it doesn't make a difference in my levels I'm gonna try something different :)
