where people touched by diabetes help each other.

How do you cope with the bad days?? I get so discouraged. I have had the worst year of complications it's getting hard to stay positive everyday is a struggle.

When I am most down, I force myself mentally to focus on all the very positive things in my life e.g Family, friends, successes skills and remind myself there are always people worse off than me.

Thank you I use my happier app and my pug just some days are still hard. I've been so sick and having to start all over (just started walking) so disheartening sometimes :(

So sorry! Don't give up! Have changed my meds many times. Lately changed some from night to day and visa versa. Try to exercise ( my hardest thing!) if only sitting in your chair. Good luck!

Just try doing things that might make you happy... In my case for example it's riding my motorcycle and walking with my dog... 😍

Sorry for your bad year. Don't blame yourself. I like to watch comedies when I need cheering up.
