Ok, I admit it. I'm a diabetic noob. Am I also in denial that I have yet to resign myself to sticking myself regularly for testing? Hell, I hate it when others stick me! Must I now do it myself??!!
So I noticed the strangest thing.... Eggs make my blood sugar go extremely high, anybody else? I have no logic answer
So, does anyone have a favorite app or website that they use for their diabetes? I'm always looking for useful tools to help me manage, and any suggestions would be welcome!
Let me know it's you and if you can help me out thank you all so much!!!!!!!
I have been been getting really low blood sugar (around the 50s) ever since I came back to college a week and a half ago. I'm usually in class when it starts to happen or really far away from my dorm. Also I eat a healthy well balanced breakfast and lunch. The only thing is that I have to walk a lot since it is a really big campus. It is really scaring me. Does anyone have any opinions on what can help me?
just curious what other people keep in their cars for possible reactions. I tried glucose tabs but they go bad in summer heat. Now I use fruit wraps.
Hello all again I am also looking to get an omnipod for my son but our insurance will not cover a pump for him since we have the same insurance.....
DESPERATE for pump supplies! either silhouette or quick set infusion sets. no insurance and I've been trying to sell anything of value on Craigslist to come up with the money for them, but no luck!
I just started using Afrezza (inhaled insulin). Still not sure how well it is working. Has anyone else been using it? Good or bad experiences?
Where can I get no cost or low cost diabetic supplies or insulin I have no health insurance and have a low income
